The table of intention level through percieved loudness is based on the notions that:

silence = 0 db = 10e-12W/m^2
darkness = 0 lux; bathroom = 100 lux
For an audio system, 2 x loudness = +3 dB voltage = +6 dB wave in space = +10 dB percieved loudness
human intention is controlled linearly like voltage

This attempt to quantify the relative duration, intensity (dB), and awareness 'area' of wave packets of experiences allows a calculation of their relative illuminance.
